The online training package motivates you to exercise at a time and place that suits you. This professional package includes an online consultation, regular face-to-face training sessions and a personalised program for you do in your own time.
1- Face-to-face Consultation. The preferred method of doing these consultations is Zoom, but it can as easily be done via Skype, FaceTime or WhatsApp. None of these come at a cost to you. If you choose a Zoom consultation, I will send you your own unique link which you simply click on to access the meeting. We will then be able to see each other and discuss your fitness goals. From this I will design you a specific exercise programme to help you reach your goals.
2- Face-to-Face Training. It is important that you are confident that you are doing the exercise correctly. My studio has a large monitor so that I can check your technique and give you the right feedback to enable you to do the exercise properly. I will demonstrate and explain each exercise before observing and motivating you through the routine.
There is no need for specialist equipment, we can do a complete programme just using your own body weight, but if you do have equipment, we will incorporate it. Sessions can take place in a space where you have enough room to move in and not get disturbed. This can be in a park, your living room, spare room or garden. Each program is individualised to you, but all sessions will be fun and effective.
3 - Home Exercise Programme.
Our online programmes are designed to support you to keep motivated to reach your goals. The programme includes video demonstrations of each exercise and visual and verbal descriptions. It can be access on your mobile phone, tablet or home computer. The programme has a timer so that you can monitor how long you are exercising and an option to say how challenging you have found it.
As you get stronger and fitter, your programme will be updated to make sure it adapts with you.
