Personal Training for All Ages — With a Special Focus on Women Over 50
If you’d like to feel stronger, move more easily, and have more energy for everyday life, I can help. I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds, with a particular focus as a personal trainer for women over 50.
Whether you’re just starting out, returning after a break, or looking to build on your current fitness, sessions are designed to support you in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
I offer one-to-one personal training across Stevenage and North East Hertfordshire, with sessions available at home, outdoors, at your workplace, or in my quiet studio in rural Hertfordshire.
A Thoughtful, Individual Approach
As our bodies change over time, exercise needs to adapt with us.
As a Level 4 qualified trainer, I take a considered, personalised approach—taking into account your health, any injuries, your confidence with movement, and your goals. Whether you want to build strength, improve your fitness, or simply feel more like yourself again, your programme will reflect that.
If you’re new to exercise, I offer exercise for beginners over 50 as well as for those at any stage, helping you to build confidence gradually and safely.
