  • When I first met up with Carol I was not in the best of places. A difficult personal time and bereavement, where I had taken refuge in food, had left me physically and emotionally shipwrecked! I so wanted to get back to better health and exercise but seemed unable to achieve it on my own. That's when I decided to get some professional help - so in steps Carol! From the beginning Carol was very understanding and supportive and after the initial assessment outlined an exercise program to give me back some structure towards training. She has always been very client focused and provided the much needed guidance towards improving my health through regular exercise & healthy food choices. Slowly we worked towards finding the "old me" again and it felt great. Working outdoors we shared some magical moments e.g. doing our stretches looking up to the beautiful trees and gorgeous blue sky. We shared a wild swim in the river - not on our training plan but Carol was happy to join me for the experience. If you get the opportunity to work with Carol - go for it! You won,t regret it.
