Service Description

An evidence based 12-week exercise programme for later life to improve balance, increase strength and keep you steady on your feet

Cancellation Policy

• Payment must be made at least 24 hours in advance of each session. Payments can be made via o cheques payable to Carol Clark o cash o card via a PayPal’s invoice • Cancellations of appointments will not be charged providing you give a minimum of 24 hour’s notice via text or phone call. • Bookings should be made at least 1 week in advance to ensure availability. • All sessions will expire if not used within 4 months. Unused sessions are non-refundable
