An evidence based 110-week exercise programme for later life to improve balance, increase strength and keep you steady on your feet.
• Payment must be made at least 24 hours in advance of each session. Payments can be made via o Bank transfer o cash o cheques payable to Carol Clark • Cancellations of appointments will not be charged providing you give a minimum of 24 hour’s notice via text or phone call. • Bookings should be made at least 1 week in advance to ensure availability. • All sessions will expire if not used within 4 months.
