Exercise has been described as a 'Wonder-drug' for both physical and mental health. It can help manage high blood pressure and diabetes, delay the progression of osteoporosis and for people recovering from cancer it can prevent its return. It also improves cognitive function, aids stress management and enhances quality of sleep. It has been found to be as effective psychotherapy or medication in treating depression. I have over 15 years experience of providing clinical exercise, including 7 years in the NHS . All exercises are based on the latest clinical guidelines. Discount available on block bookings.
