Your Lockdown Exercise Routine: How it Works

During the current covid-19 pandemic sessions are still possible, but with additional precautionary measures in place. These include;

  • Maintaining a 2-meter distance whilst training.

  • Minimizing the sharing of equipment. If you are supplied with small equipment, such as a mat or Pilates ring, it will be for your exclusive use for the duration of session package.

  • Where any larger equipment may be shared, it is fully disinfected before and after every use.

  • Hand sanitation is encouraged before and after each session.

  • Where sessions can take place indoors, the room is suitably ventilated and, if required, mask and gloves worn.



During lock-down 1-2-1 sessions are still available. These may be via Zoom or, where guidelines allow, socially distanced sessions can take place outdoors.
